Returns & Exchanges

At Wilco Offroad, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange.
